Standard Delivery
Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95, orders over £75 will be delivered free of charge.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5 days, please note during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to seven to 10 days.
We may use 4 companies to deliver your goods: Royal Mail, HDN, UPS and Parcel Force.
Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible, please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.
**NEW Saturday Delivery - £7.95 (UK only) Why not take advantage of our new Saturday delivery service for only £7.95 please note that you will need to place your order by 3pm on Friday for this service.
We are very excited to be able to launch this brand new service to our customers. As we now lead such busy lives during the week, this is a benefit which is fast, convenient and affordable.
**Next Day Delivery - £6.95 (UK only)
Cath Kidston "Next Day" delivery service is simple - place your order by 3pm and we will deliver your goods on the next working day for just £6.95.
Any orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed after 3pm and over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Cath Kidston class Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays as non working days.
Tailored Delivery Slots - Standard delivery timescales (UK Only)
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5 days.
Our timed delivery slots are available Monday - Friday only and exclude public holidays.
Morning Delivery - £7.95 (7am - 12.00pm)
Afternoon Delivery - £7.95 (12.00pm - 5.00pm)
Avoid the school run - £7.95 (9.30am - 2.30pm)
Premium Evening Delivery - £9.95 (5.00pm - 9pm)
N.B: Unfortunately we are unable to offer all the above specialised services in the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, and at certain periods during the year. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 08450 262 440 (Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm) who will be able to advise if the service is available for your post code area.
If you are taking advantage of any of our specialised delivery options please note any item not in stock at the time when you place the order will be sent via our standard delivery service when back in stock. The delivery times for all our services are between 7am and 9pm, unless you have specifically paid for a tailored delivery slot. Please note that all of our delivery options, excluding standard, will require you to sign for the parcel.

As part of our commitment to provide the best service, our delivery partner will send you a text with the intended delivery date and an estimated delivery window for all of the above services (excludes Saturday delivery). As a valid mobile number will be required for this service, please ensure your details are correct by clicking on your name on the top right hand corner of the screen and changing your account details. If there is no one in to receive your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a call card, this gives you the option to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience (details will be provided on the card). Does Cath Kidston ship to Post Office boxes?

Does Cath Kidston ship to multiple addresses?
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact our Customer Care representatives at 08450 262 440 (UK) or +44 (0)1480 431 415 (overseas) who will gladly handle your order request.
