How soon can I get my order?

When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 7 days, exceptions being around the Christmas and Sale periods for which please allow 28 days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on backorder or refund you. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.

Is my package insured?

Yes. If your order was not delivered, or was delivered faulty, it is insured and will be replaced immediately.

Does Cath Kidston ship to Post Office boxes?

Yes. We also ship to BFPO's (British Forces Posted Overseas) with packages up to 2kg.

Does Cath Kidston ship to multiple addresses?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact our Customer Care representatives at 08450 262 440 (UK) or +44 (0)1480 431 415 (overseas) who will gladly handle your order request.

How can I expect to receive the goods?

Royal Mail or ANC (a courier service who requires a signature on receipt) will deliver your order. Please note that we now use Parcel Force for most Scottish postcodes.
