We have been made aware of a potential safety issue with these clocks which may cause the hook to come away from the clock once fixed to the wall.
If you have purchased this product then please return it to one of our shops for a full refund or contact our Customer Services Team on 08450 262440. Opening hours: 9am – 8pm Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
No other Cath Kidston products are affected by this issue and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Returns Procedure
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value.
Please return to: Returns department Cath Kidston Ltd. 1A Alpha Drive, Eaton Socon, St.Neots, PE19 8JJ.
When sending a return, please use the returns form on the reverse of your dispatch note together with the returns address label provided and send the parcel via a signed for service. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.
In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit, please include original packaging where possible.
Please note we do not offer refunds on underwear or earrings for hygiene reasons.
Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged and we cannot accept returns or exchanges of earrings for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.
Items purchased online or via mail-order can be returned in person to our stores for either an exchange or credit note. However, if you would like a refund please return to the above address.
If you are returning an item fom overseas because it is faulty, then please call us first using the numbers provided for orders from outside of the UK.
Processing returns
We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact our Customer Services team on at 08450 262 440 (UK) or +44 (0)1480 226 199 (overseas)
Cancellations Procedure
You may cancel an order at any time before its been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
