Returns and Cancellations

We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods to: Cath Kidston Ltd. Unit 1, Cardinal West, Cardinal Way, Godmanchester, Huntingdon, PE29 2XN.

Items purchased online or via mail-order cannot be returned to stores.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please use the returns slip provided and send the parcel via a signed for service, please return proof of postage. Please check carefully before returning any item.

Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.
