UK Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50. We charge £3.95 for UK Standard Delivery on orders under £50. Providing your items are in stock, we will aim to deliver within 5 working days.
UK Next Working Day Delivery costs £7.95. Orders must be placed by 3.30pm for delivery on the next working day. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service to customers in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Inverness, Aberdeen, Scilly Isles and BFPOs
If there is no one in to receive your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card which will tell you how to rearrange delivery or to pick up your order.
The collection date for your order will be shown on the delivery page and will appear on your order confirmation email. Your order will be available for collection for 10 days following this date. For your protection against fraud, you will need to bring a printout of your order confirmation email to collect your order.
Unfortunately we're unable to accept orders that include items for collection from one of our shops as well as items for delivery, so if this is needed then please place two separate orders.
Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days.

Cath Kidston products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.
We use four companies to deliver for us: Royal Mail, DPD, UPS and Parcel Force.
Where possible we will endeavour to send all of the items in your order together. However, if any items in your order are out of stock, we will despatch those items we have in stock and send the remaining items as soon as possible. Please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the anticipated delivery date.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the delivery address for your order. When you place an online order, all items in the order must be delivered to the same address. We realise that your order may include gifts that require delivery to several different locations therefore, we offer two solutions in this instance: you can either break your items into separate online orders, or you can contact our Customer Services Team at 08450 262 440 (UK) or +44 (0)1480 226199 (overseas) who will gladly handle your order request.
All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes; however, we do deliver to BFPOs (British Forces Posted Overseas). Please call us on 08450 262 440 to arrange a delivery. For more information on weight limitations please visit the BFPO website.
We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value.

When sending a return, please use the returns form on the reverse of your dispatch note together with the returns address label provided and send the parcel via a signed for service. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.
In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit, please include original packaging where possible.
Please note we do not offer refunds on underwear or earrings for hygiene reasons.
Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged and we cannot accept returns or exchanges of earrings for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.
Items purchased online or via mail-order can be returned in person to our stores for either an exchange or credit note (excluding outlet and concessions). However, if you would like a refund please return to the above address. If you are returning an item from overseas because it is faulty, then please call us first using the numbers provided for orders from outside of the UK.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact our Customer Services team on at 08450 262 440 (UK) or +44 (0)1480 226 199 (overseas).
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
