Store Managers
In this role you'll lead an engaged, happy and motivated team so that everyone who walks into your store experiences exceptional customer service and leaves with a wonderful impression of who we are and what we do.
You'll be passionate, inspiring, warm and engaging. You'll also need to know how to run a busy yet organised store so you'll have at least two years' retail management experience at this level in a similar environment to ours. A background in fashion, design or lifestyle product is essential as is a love of our brand.

Assistant/Deputy Managers
You'll be supporting a Store Manager with all the day-to-day responsibilities of running a busy and thriving store. You'll either be looking for the next step in your career prior to taking on your own store, or you'll be an experienced Assistant Manager who enjoys supporting and developing others in a busy retail environment.
You will have at least two years' experience at this level in retail working with similar brands in fast-paced stores.

Sales Assistants
Our Sales Assistants are the face of Cath Kidston for our customers and so this is a critical role for us. Our stores are busy, fun places to be and we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, hard working and motivated people to join our team. A background in retail is preferred, but a bubbly, outgoing attitude, the ability to work well within a team, and a proven interest in design, fashion and our brand are the most important characteristics.
